Institute of Innovation and Enterprise
The Institute for Innovation and Enterprise (IIE) is a regional centre of excellence for innovation and enterprise in the West Midlands. Part funded by a £897,000 grant from Advantage West Midlands, IIE is a collaborative project, lead by the University of Wolverhampton Business School, between the Business School, Business Link and the private sector.

Their aim is to give organisations, and individuals, the knowledge, skills and support they need to start new businesses, develop existing organisations and create innovation and enterprise within the region.

     
 

Kisky Netmedia
Digital technology innovator Kisky Netmedia is an award-winning creator of web and mobile media applications. iPodscrubs.com, Kisky's animation project for iPod photo and iPod nano will be exhibited at the FLIP Fair. iPodscrubs will feature work by several animators featuring at the festival, exhibiting a new mobile way of enjoying short animations on the move. Featured animations are: Dog Scrub, and Scrubber, by Greg McLeod of Spark & Zoom Productions Ltd and Baby and Hell, by Stuart Barnecutt of Screenburn Ltd.

By bringing together the creative, technical and educational communities, NESTA Futurelab is pioneering ways of using new technologies to transform the learning experience.

     
 

Skillset
Skillset are a national training organisation for broadcast, film, video and multimedia. An Animation Forum is convened by Skillset to advise and guide on all aspects of skills development for the industry throughout the UK.

     
   

SP/ARK
SP/ARK is for everybody with a unique business idea, who is passionate and committed to developing a business in new media and design. Based at Wolverhampton Science Park's Creative Industries Centre, SP/ARK is equipped for specialists in multimedia, graphics, video and sound design, 2D and 3D animation, textile and interior design, screening, projection and presentation design. It provides accommodation and mentoring for business starters and freelancers.

     
   

Screen West Midlands
Screen West Midlands' mission is to create a thriving screen media industry in the region.

Their aim is to support, promote and develop the screen media industry through areas such as production, education, exhibition, archive and skills development.
They receive core funding through the UK FILM COUNCIL, Advantage West Midlands and The Learning and Skills Council as well as funding from the ERDF. This money is channelled into funding opportunities to develop the region's screen media culture, economy and community.

     
 

Wolverhampton Art Gallery
Situated in the heart of Wolverhampton City Centre, Wolverhampton Art Gallery has been established since 1884. The art gallery aims to provide a friendly, accessible and inclusive environment for visitors to explore art, at their leisure. All exhibitions are carefully programmed using a range of Wolverhampton Arts amd Museums Service's extensive fine art collection, to provide something suitable for every visitor.
