Peter McLuskie - Project Manager
Graduated from Warwick in 1998 where I also taught
film studies for 4 years. Moved onto freelance teaching and
lecturing as an associate tutor for the BFI, the Open University
and Wolverhampton Adult Education. Alongside freelance career
took up post at Light House in 1998 as Training Coordinator.
Developed a number of new courses and initiatives, including
Interactive Multimedia, Women into Media project, the scriptwriters
and animation forums, Made at Light House and Shot in 60
seconds. Started as project manager with PLOT in April 2003.

Angela Slater- Project Assistant
My role within PLOT is to provide support to the project manager. This involves meeting with potential beneficiaries, documenting meetings, monitoring and evaluating all project outputs, documenting meetings, monitoring and evaluating all project outputs.
On a daily basis I schedule all meetings and deal with the day to day project administration.
I graduated from The University of Wolverhampton in 2001, with a degree in Film and English Literature. I am also an ex Light House trainee. I have been working in administration and government funding since then, which helps with my role on the PLOT project. I hope to start an MA in Film next year.

Kate Spragg - Marketing Assistant
Graduated from The University of Wolverhampton in 2004, with a degree in Fine Art. I have since worked with a local production company and several Arts based roles in the UK developing marketing skills. I am an ex Light House trainee, where i learned traditional animation skills.
My role within PLOT is to provide marketing support for the project, including design and press work. I also assist PLOT beneficiaries with their marketing needs, and attend Out of Hours and Screen Forum to network with industry professionals and potential PLOT beneficiaries.

Raj Chahal - Web Development Coordinator
Worked within media environment for
several years covering many aspects of production. From 3d graphics,
editing systems to deployment of computer network infrastructures,
server security and tuning. Over the last few years worked
within web development, specialising in ‘rich media’
content delivery, database integration,
metadata and open source standards.

Urmala Jassal - Production Coordinator
Urmala Jassal is the Producer for Kinetic Pictures – which is the production
division of Light House Media Centre. Experience includes
producing corporate and promotional videos. Clients include:
Wolverhampton City Council - “Youth Affairs” and “Special
Olympics bid”; Animation projects with several organisations
and young filmmakers such as the Arts Council funded First
Light Scheme.
Several years of experience working within drama “The Last
7 Days of Quont” – to be screened at national film festivals.
More recently created animation pilot for television series.

Creative Industries Business Advisor (Business Link)
Black Country Chamber & Business Link provide a bridge between the generic business knowledge with
the wide ranging specialisms existing within the Business Link
team structure, and the Creative Industries within the Black
